In 2024, about 20 thousand cars had passed from the assembly line of the St. Petersburg enterprise, which used to own the Nissan. This was stated by the head of the enterprise Ivan Mironov as part of the meeting of the participants in the industrial cluster, the Autoprom North-West Union. Currently, the site, which operates under the Sample “Automobile Plant St. Petersburg”, produces two models: Xcite X-Cross 7 and X-Cross 8 crossovers.
The sales results for 2024 at the Xcite brand are modest: the dealers managed to realize about five thousand crossovers. At the same time, the factory was assured that it could very quickly increase production volumes, but so far it is inappropriate. The maximum volume of “screwdriver” assembly is about 50-60 thousand per year, and does not plan to switch to the small -sized site yet.

In the arsenal, Xcite has two models. X-Cross 7 is a medium-sized crossover that is available only with the front-wheel drive and a bunch of a 1.5-liter turbo engine and variator. According to the statistics, which was previously led by the Xcite press service, about 53 percent of customers choose a model in Techno top configuration, and the remaining 47 percent remains the basic version of Enjoy.
The larger X-Cross 8 is offered with a 186-horsepower 1.6-liter engine, a seven-speed “robot”, front and all-wheel drive. X-Cross 8, like X-Cross 7, is sold through the Lada dealer network.
According to insiders, the production plan for 2025 involves the release of seven thousand cars, while earlier it was about 25 thousand. At the same time, the rate is not made on the Xcite X-Cross 8-this model is given no more than ten percent of the total number of sales. However, this information is not officially confirmed.
