According to TASS with reference to the director of Sales “Jack Automobile” Sergey Sadovenko, the assembly of pickups starts in June-July of this year. In the future, it is planned to release minivan on UAZ, which is not yet represented in the line sold in Russia.
Currently, the JAC “has the most active phase of negotiations on applied issues, including the work of logistics chains, transportation of sets, and the transfer of cars to dealers,” said Sadovyenko. As for the JAC T9, the share of the implementation of the model today is 35-40 percent of the total volume, and half of this volume falls on corporate sales. “In general, sales of all JAC pickups take a quarter of the segment, and T9 over the past four months takes first place in Russia,” added Sadovyenko.

The mentioned minivan will stand on the conveyor of the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant at the junction of the third and fourth quarters of this year.
