If the system believes that an accelerator pedal malfunction has occurred, then the electronics intervene and allows you to control the acceleration using the brake pedal. The function works so that the driver can safely move to the side of the road. It is stated that similar functionality has been used for many years on the fuel cars of the concern.

But in general, the behavior of an electric car is similar to the movement of an analogue with an internal combustion engine and an automatic gearbox: with the Drive mode, there is a slight acceleration.
