Evolution models will begin to be assembled according to the full production cycle

According to the Telegram channel “Avtopotok” with reference to the head of the special projects “Motorinvest” Vasily Chebotarev, in the summer the small-sized assembly of “evolutes” with welding and coloring of the bodies will be launched. It is also planned to deepen the localization, in particular, to equip the I-Joy with a Russian power unit and transmission. In addition, on the brand electric carriages, the motor-scores of the domestic assembly, as well as the drive equipment and batteries of the company SAE, are already being tested.

In the meantime, the EVOLUTE models are assembled by large -sized assembly (SKD). Until the end of 2025, Motorinvest not only intends to switch to release in a complete cycle, but also localize some plastic parts and rubber products, deepen the localization and reach 5,000 points by 2032 – that is, the main part of the components of the machines will be domestic.

To date, the EVOLUTE line includes an I-PRO electric sedan, I-Joy, I-Jet and I-Sky, as well as a hybrid I-Space Hibrite.
