Ferrari is preparing a new version of Purosangue

The company is considering upgrading the chassis of its V12 crossover Purosangue. This could lead to a more powerful version of the model. Carscoops reports this.

Despite the fact that the Purosangue has already established itself as one of the most dynamic and impressive crossovers on the market, Ferrari continues to work on improving the model. According to reports, a version with even higher performance characteristics may soon be introduced, designed to strengthen the brand’s position in the confrontation with the Lamborghini Urus.

According to Bloomberg, the new version of the Purosangue will receive improvements aimed at improving the already outstanding handling. Production of the new modification may start in the second half of the year. The new version of the Purosangue will retain the 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 from the current model. It is not yet known whether the engine will undergo changes. At the moment, the crossover develops 715 hp. and 716 Nm of torque.

Ferrari’s work on updating the Purosangue is quite expected: about three and a half years have passed since the premiere, and competitors like Lamborghini, Bentley and Porsche have already managed to offer customers several modifications of their crossovers.

Previously, the vacuum cleaner manufacturer Dreame released a competitor to the Pininfarina Battista supercar.
