In 2025, the volume of imports of foreign cars through customs of the Far East grew by 3.5 times

According to the agency, since the beginning of this year, more than three thousand vehicles have been imported through the Primorsky checkpoint. Moreover, instead of Japanese, the Russians are increasingly acquiring Chinese models. Among the imported equipment there are new as well as used machines.

According to the FCS of Russia, since the beginning of 2025, Ussuri customs officers have issued more than three thousand cars of individuals for personal use. Compared to the same period last year, the number of imported foreign cars increased 3.5 times. At the moment, the amount of duties paid by Russians at Primorsky Customs exceeds 1.7 billion rubles.
