In Russia, a unique Mercedes sedan with history and rare tuning was put up for sale

We are talking about Mercedes-Benz W123 of 1980 release, then a modified by an independent AMG company. The car has only one owner, a mileage of 165 thousand kilometers, and the price is 26.5 million rubles. A modified motor, an original body kit, a salon with Recaro seats and a rare authenticity certificate from AMG Classic make this machine a real find for collectors.

An announcement has appeared on the online site “Auto.ru” on the sale of a rare Mercedes-Benz W123, released in 1980. This sedan, which has become the predecessor of modern e-class models, is a modification of 280 E with a 2.8-liter engine. In the standard configuration, the motor developed 185 horsepower, but after refinement in AMG, its power increased to 215. The mileage indicated in the ad is 165 thousand kilometers, and the owner of the car was all the time.

The appearance and salon of the sedan were subjected to individual refinement: the car received an original body kit with bumpers and thresholds, as well as wheel drives in the color of the body – a branded blue shade of Lapis Blue. Inside the Recaro seats are installed, the steering wheel and the gearbox lever were replaced. The car was equipped with an automatic gearbox and rear -wheel drive. Despite the fact that at the time of the release of AMG it was not part of the Daimler-Benz concern, the tuning was officially completed and confirmed by the AMG Classic certificate.

On the eve of Russia, another rare find also appeared on sale-the almost new BMW 7-SERIES in the E32 body. The 1991 sedan of a mileage of only 12 thousand kilometers was imported from Germany and is located in Moscow.
