In Russia, sales of luxury cars with mileage are growing

This conclusion was reached by analysts at Avtostat agency. According to them, from January to March 2024, the Russians acquired 527 luxurious used cars, and this is 16 percent more than in the same period last year. The growth in this segment of the secondary market lasted eight months in a row, but in March it stopped – in early spring, sales were reduced by four percent. At the same time, in general, for the first quarter of this year, the dynamics remained positive.

According to the report in the first three months, most often the Russians were transplanted to Bentley used – the share of this brand was 40 percent, which is equivalent to 214 sold cars. Another 35 percent of sales in the segment belongs to the Rolls-Royce and Maserati brands, the indicators of which are 98 and 88 copies, respectively. In addition, at the beginning of 2025, the Russians were bought by Lamborghini sports carriers (76 pieces), Ferrari (40 pieces) and Aston Martin (11 pieces).

If we talk about models, the top 3 most popular are Bentley Continental GT (95 pieces), as well as Bentley Bentayga and Lamborghini Urus, which dispersed in the amount of 62 pieces each.

Earlier, a report was published on the sale of new luxury cars for the entire 2024. Bentley and Rolls-Royce are competing for the first place, despite the fact that both companies officially do not conduct business in Russia, and their cars are completely prohibited, as they relate to luxury items. It is noteworthy that over the past year, 568 new luxurious machines were sold, which is comparable to sales of used cars in the same segment in just three months.
