The unusual Volga was built by the specialists of one of the enterprises of Nizhny Novgorod, who were engaged in the re-equipment of GAZ-3102, 3110 and 3111. Engineers installed technical units from foreign cars in domestic machines. Most often, Japanese engines were placed under the hoods of the Volga.
