In the Moscow region, an 8-year-old girl did not survive after flying into a car on a tube

The incident occurred in the village of Rumyantsevo, Moscow region. Telegram channel 112 reports this.

“A 40-year-old man tied a tube to an SUV and gave two children a ride. An 8-year-old girl fell under the wheels of a car,” the publication says.
