“The driver Nikolai noticed the Red Book bird, took it and handed it over to animal rights activists,” the publication says.
Volunteer video footage captured the incident. The footage shows the bird sitting in the middle of the road, while cars pass by. Next, you can see how a man carries a great gray owl into his car. According to the channel, the bird has successfully completed rehabilitation and is back in the wild.
