Alexander Lukashenko on April 17 signed Decree No. 155 “On measures for the development of international road transportation of goods”. The President of Belarus has freed trucks, trailers and semi -trailers younger than three years from payment of utilization fee. Criteria are made up of saddle tractors with a total mass of 12 to 50 tons corresponding to the Euro-5 ecoststandart.
Decree No. 155 has already entered into force, and the vehicles that fall under the criteria will be exempted from the utilsbor and imported to Belarus from January 1, 2025. In addition to buyers of saddle tractes with a total mass of 12 to 50 tons, importers of heavy trucks from 20 to 50 tons, as well as trailers and semi -trailers with a full mass of more than 15 tons, will save importers of heavy trucks, regardless of the superstructure.
