Mercedes-Benz presented a unique version of the flagship sedan Mercedes-Maybach S 680, which is called V12 Edition. The main feature of this car was the exclusive decoration of the exterior and interior, including elements of pure 24-carat gold. The manufacturer plans to produce only 50 cars that will go on sale for some world markets this fall.
The body of the limited series is made in an exclusive two -tone gamut consisting of olive and black colors, which are separated by a thin silver line. The technology for applying this multi -layer coating is so complex that it takes up to ten working days, which is twice as long than required for the color of standard two -tone models.
Special wheels also speak of the uniqueness of the model. Inside the salon is a high -quality skin and decorated with natural wood skillfully selected shades.
Golden inserts, which the company calls “medals”, can be seen both outside and in the interior. Their design, as conceived by engineers, refers to the historical models of the Maybach brand and at the same time symbolizes the heart of the car – a twelve -cylinder engine that is collected manually.
