Motorists who do not have a driver’s license continue to travel on Russian roads

The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia informed the publication of Gazeta.ru that many drivers freely move in cars without having the right to do so. The situation is due to the fact that the country does not have the interchange of information between the ministries. Currently, departments continue to create a mechanism necessary for control.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the lack of interdepartmental information interaction with the Ministry of Health about citizens with contraindications for driver’s activities, leads to the fact that many motorists continue to travel on roads after the expiration of the driver’s license. Some of these drivers can threaten road safety.

In Russia, the order of medical examination of drivers for intoxication will change, the Ministry of Health told whether the drivers would deprive the rights for the use of drugs by the court forbade Russians to deprive Russians for drugs

The press service of the department emphasized that data on drivers who have diseases are not available to employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Today, ministries continue to create mechanisms that will have to become part of the new bill governing the exchange of information between departments.

In mid -February, the Ministry of Health announced the new rules for checking drivers intoxication. For this, the motorist will have to give voluntary consent.
