The new product does not have components from the Middle Kingdom: all parts are either Russian or Belarusian. The price is solid: from 16 million rubles!

The curb weight of the BAZ dump truck with index S32A51 is 18 tons, a demonstration model with a frame-panel cab without a sleeping bag and a low roof. The superstructure was also completed by BAZ. Under the hood is a YaMZ-653 diesel engine (367 horsepower, 1800 Nm), the thrust is transmitted through a 9-speed YaMZ-1909 “mechanics” with a range-shifter. There is an inter-axle and three inter-wheel locks.

The 8.5 meter long truck is certified to operate in temperatures ranging from -45℃ to +45℃. The engine and transmission are made in Yaroslavl, the multiplier is made in Naberezhnye Chelny. The dump truck will go on sale in mid-2025. Before the start of sales, prices may be reduced if the Romanov plant manages to negotiate compensation with the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
