On Russian routes, the M-11 and M-4 introduced a summer speed mode

On April 21, 2025, the state operator of paid roads “Avtodor” canceled the speed restrictions on the winter period on the paid roads of the M-11 Neva and the M-4 Don. The restrictions were valid for cars and trucks weighing up to 3.5 tons. Now, in most sections of the M-4, you can accelerate to 110 kilometers per hour, and on M-11 to 130 kilometers per hour, the state-owned company reports in its telegram channel.

On the M-4 Don section, bypassing Efremov from the 296th to the 322nd kilometer in the Tula region for a summer period of 110 kilometers per hour, Avtodor reports. The same restriction is valid for cars and light trucks from the 706th to the 803rd kilometer.

On the site from 518th to the 544th kilometer, bypassing the settlements of Novy Usman and Rogachevka, the M-4 highway can be moved at a speed of 130 kilometers per hour. The limit of 130 kilometers per hour was introduced on the M-11 Neva road from the 59th kilometer in the Moscow region to St. Petersburg.
