The footage shows an out-of-control car driving through several lanes of traffic and abruptly stopping in front of oncoming traffic. The recording also shows that the incident takes place on a snowy, busy roadway. The condition of the driver of the car is not known.

According to the Investigative Committee, the cause was a suicide bombing by the attacker. Currently, law enforcement officers are investigating criminal cases under articles of encroachment on the lives of law enforcement officers and illegal trafficking in explosive devices.
