Now on Vesta the VAZ-21129 engine produces 106 horsepower and 148 Nm, and the VAZ-21179 develops 122 horsepower and 170 Nm. According to unofficial data, the upgraded 1.8 engine will have to wait until 2026: the debut will take place on a crossover based on Vesta.
