Photo fact: CHERY is preparing an SUV with a design in the style of the new Prado

The Autohome portal shared the pictures of prototype V27. We are talking about the future flagship of the Chery ICAR line: it is expected that the SUV will be comparable to the “Gelik” in terms of the body length. But the design was clearly developed with an eye on another legend – Toyota Land Cruiser Prado Actual Generation. The landmark was a version in retro -resistance with round headlights and unpainted decor.

A car in a paparazzi lens in a motley camouflage film, but the disguise does not hide the main elements. Cher ICAR designers spied on Toyota not only the general form factor, but also the design of such details as rear-view mirrors, wheel arches and bamers! Some of the elements are made of practical black plastic, the trunk decorates coffee.

The similarity with Kruzak is only designer: ICAR will bet on an electrified power plant with a gasoline extension cord. A battery is visible under the bottom of the prototype, and low -profile wheels hint that successes can be modest on off -road. However, Chery can attract customers to others: a large car with a universal body and good geometry is planned to be sold at a price of 200 thousand yuan ($ 28 thousand).
