Moskvich 5 was demonstrated at a meeting of the board of directors of KAMAZ in June 2023, but then the delegations showed a crossover without nurses in the characteristic coloring of the Jac Sehol X6, and the numbers were not tied to a specific vehicle. Now everything is different: the “five” is assembled on the Muscovite MAZ, although the numbers are still intra-factory.

It is assumed that “Moskvich 5” will repeat according to the Moskvich 6 technique, that is, the crossover will be offered with two types of turbo engines 1.5 (150 hp or 184 hp), a variator or a 6-speed “robot”. The front -wheel drive is non -alternative. The dimensions of the Chinese and Russian crossovers coincide exactly, and the models play in a compact class-a length of 4.5 meters means that the “five” is slightly larger than the Muscovite 3.

Moskvich promised to release the original domestic car

Two years ago, it was assumed that Moskvich 5 would stand on the conveyor simultaneously with the Moskvich 6, but there is still no model on the official website.
