Russian factories organized mass production of chicken carriers

In recent years, several enterprises have organized the production of machines called “chicken transporters,” the editors of Motor magazine found out. This technique is used for transporting young birds, as well as eggs for subsequent incubation – this is a specialized vehicle that allows you to transport expensive (and most importantly, live cargo) over long distances.

Chicken carriers have automatic control of carbon dioxide concentration, humidity and temperature to maintain a stable microclimate throughout transportation.

Typically, the vehicle is an insulated van on a truck chassis. Moreover, the basis can be vehicles of any class, including heavy ones (KAMAZ, Sitrak, etc.).

It is curious that special trolleys are brought inside the body for disposable cardboard containers or reusable plastic boxes, between which gaps are left.

As Motor magazine learned, Russian-made chicken carrier bodies cost approximately half as much as their imported counterparts (the supply of which, in addition, has problems).
