In April 2022, by a decree of the government, the duration of the driver’s licenses, which has expired in 2022–2023, was extended for three years. Later, the rights were extended until 2023 and 2024.
Accordingly, in April 2025, a three -year term expired, for which the rights were extended in 2022. For riding with an invalid driver’s license, a fine of up to 15 thousand rubles is provided and removal from driving to the restoration of rights.
