Ruthless tuning: beauties or beasts?

In what years car owners began to modify their production cars to make them more luxurious, sportier and faster, we still need to figure it out, but Germany played one of the leading roles in this industry. For example, the company Sportservice Lorinser GmbH began its activities back in 1930, when it began selling and servicing Mercedes. Then, in the seventies, the Lorincer family gradually started thinking about tuning and immediately began to play a noticeable role – even Brabus started its business two years later.

One can now argue about the classic models of the Lorinser studio, but against the backdrop of new products they already evoke warm memories. In any case, the authors of the PrivetTachka channel managed to get acquainted with the latest arrivals of the studio for Chinese clients. And this is something with something! Just imagine a Mercedes GLS kitschly styled to resemble a sixties Pullman. Or VIP buses based on the V-Class, covered with so much carbon fiber and gold plating that it resembles the worst examples of collective farm tuning of the past.
