The leadership of the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant decided to encourage employees by a one -time increase in wages by 10 percent. It is reported by the Telegram channel “UAZ Today”. The size of the pay will grow from June 1 of this year.

The UAZ notes that salary increases became possible due to the “significant increase in labor productivity and the introduction of modern technologies into the production process.”

In addition, the Telegram channel noted that over the past five years, the salary at the car factory has increased by 80 percent.
