Sales of the powerful MG4 EV electric hatchback have begun in Russia

The Mir-Distributor company, which has become the official representative of the British-Chinese brand MG in Russia, has started accepting orders for the MG4 EV hatchback. It has a power plant with a capacity of 435 horsepower (600 Nm of torque), all-wheel drive and the only equipment that the dealer estimates at 5,550,000 rubles.

The 4.3-meter hatchback has 18-inch alloy wheels and an unusual double-wing spoiler above the rear window. The wheelbase is about 2.7 meters. The cabin is equipped with a seven-inch digital instrument panel and a 10.25-inch touch screen multimedia system.

The electric car accelerates from zero to 100 kilometers per hour in 3.8 seconds, and the WLTP range is 385 kilometers.

The original British brand MG was bought by the Chinese SAIC in 2007. This year, it was brought to the Russian market by the Mir-Distributor company, which works directly with the Chinese. The range already includes 10 models – from the MG5 sedan to the Cyberster, an electric analogue of the Mazda MX-5.
