SberAuto listed five used cars that Russian women buy

When buying cars online, Russian women most often choose cars from Japanese brands: last year they accounted for 24% of transactions, followed by Korean, German, Russian and Chinese brands.

At the same time, in the case of specific brands, Korean cars still took the leading positions. The main bestseller among Russian women is Kia.

“Kia has become the most popular brand among women among used cars. It accounted for 11% of all purchases in 2025. Next come Hyundai (9%) and Lada (8.5%), which lost the lead that year and moved to third place. The top five also included Toyota (8%) and Nissan (6%),” Gazeta.Ru quotes a study of online consumption of Russian motorists conducted by SberAuto classifieds.

Among used car models, the most popular among Russian women in 2025 were Kia Rio and Hyundai Solaris. Domestic Lada Granta and Vesta were in demand. The list of the most purchased also included Volkswagen Polo, Ford Focus, Kia Ceed, Mazda 3, Opel Astra and Kia Sportage.

Earlier it became known that the Atom electric car will be able to work in a taxi.
