Tata has declassified the interior of the ultra-budget hatchback Tiago

The Indian automaker showed the interior of the updated Tiago EV three days before its official debut in India. The restyled Tiago EV received a completely redesigned front panel with two screens for instruments and a multimedia system. The interior architecture is generally unified with the petrol Tiago.

The electric car has fabric upholstery instead of artificial leather and a two-tone interior trim option. According to the wishes of customers, rear ventilation deflectors and pockets on the backs of the front seats appeared in the cabin. Another innovation is a 360-degree camera system, which budget electric cars did not previously have.

The interior retains an “analog” climate control unit with two rotary switches and a block of buttons. Glossy black inserts appeared on the center console.

Tata is keeping technical details secret for now. The predecessor was equipped with 19.2 and 24 kWh batteries with a maximum range of 223 and 293 km, respectively. Probably, the power plant of the restyled version will remain the same.

Earlier, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation explained to Russians the difference between the Tank 300 and the UAZ Patriot.
