According to Kommersant, for carriers who have not passed the exam, they will provide fines in the amount of five thousand rubles. The punishment will be introduced through amendments to the Regional Code of Administrative Offenses. Mandatory certification of taxi drivers has been operating in Moscow and the Moscow region since March 1, 2025. As part of the exam, drivers must correctly answer ten questions.
