The results of the Women’s Worldwide car of the year were summed up on the eve of International Women’s Day. The absolute winner of 2025 women recognized the Hyundai Santa Fe, several more models went to other categories: the city car of the year chose the Mini Cooper, the electric KIA EV3 was the best compact crossover, and Porsche Panamera was noted for outstanding operational characteristics.

In total, out of 81 applicants, six models in different nominations were winners. In addition to the already listed cars, the prizes went to the Audi A6 E-Tron in the category “Big Car” and Toyota Land Cruiser in the 4×4 category. A special prize for developments in the field of electrification was received by the Chinese concern BYD.

The choice of Hyundai Santa Fe was the best car of the year for many unexpected, since not everyone liked the new design of the once popular crossover in Russia. Almost immediately after the launch of the US market, a defect was found for the US market – incorrect firmware for the robotic transmission control unit. Returning to the Women’s Prize, last year the KIA EV9 electrician was recognized as the best car. The seven -seater model was chosen for a combination of advanced design, quick charging and aerodynamic characteristics.
