The Mitsubishi Motors automobile brand announced an imminent entry into the market of its new items – electrical modification of the popular Eclipse Cross crossover. The delivery of the machine to European dealerships will be launched in stages until the end of 2025.

The novelty is based on a special electric architecture of CMF-EV. In the appearance of the car, the brand’s corporate identity is easily recognized – the front part is made in the proprietary concept of Dynamic Shield, and on the back you can see the elements stylized under the hexagons, as part of the Hexagonal Stability idea. The model sets wheels with a diameter of 20 inches, and in the design of their discs a characteristic triangular shape of the Mitsubishi logo is beaten.

The crossover is equipped with an electric motor that outstand 160 kilowatts of power and 300 Newton meters of torque, and a traction battery with a capacity of 87 kilowatt hours, which, according to the manufacturer, will be enough by 600 kilometers according to the WLTP method. The car supports both standard charging with a capacity of up to 22 kilowatts and fast, where the power can reach 150 kilowatts. The company’s plans for 2026 include the release of a more affordable version with a reduced margin.

In the cabin, the manufacturer created a special atmosphere using silver decorative elements and a multi -color lighting panel, which offers the driver to choose 48 different shades. The backlight color is automatically adjusted to the selected movement mode. Above the heads of passengers is a panoramic roof that can change the degree of darkening using an electrical signal.

The central place on the dashboard is occupied by a large 12.3-inch display of the media system, the machine also provides the Harman Kardon audio system, which is capable of transforming the sound in five acoustic modes.

The electrocrospector is equipped with a whole complex of 20 different assistants, which include adaptive cruise control, circular views, a sensor that recognizes a person’s fatigue behind the wheel, a technology for preventing a lobe clash, an automatic assistant in parking and many others.
