The Ministry of Energy has developed a draft amendments to the technical regulations, Izvestia write. According to them, it is impossible to call liquids that freeze at a temperature above -35 degrees Celsius, the word “antifreeze” or “antifreeze”. Moreover, the Ministry of Energy proposes to completely prohibit the sale of cooling liquids for cars, freezing at insufficiently low temperatures.
In the project of the Ministry of Energy, it clarifies that the liquids are not low -freeing if they begin to crystallize at a temperature above -35 degrees.
The ministry also consider the full ban on the sale of such liquids. Manufacturers want to oblige to post information about the freezing temperature on the front side of the package. It should be well distinguishable.
These measures will exclude consumers’ deception “regarding the physicochemical properties of cooling fluids.”
The Ministry of Internal Affairs adjusts the rules of car tinting: what will change unmanned trucks in Russia impressed by the expenditure of “non -freezing” the State Duma requires an increase in fines for traffic violations
In addition, the Ministry of Energy clarified the requirements for the flash temperature in an open tigl for oils. Oils of two -stroke engines should be completely burned along with the fuel, so that they need lower flash temperature values than 135 degrees indicated in the current technical regiment. This threshold makes it impossible to sell hydraulic oils for arctic use with a viscosity class of 5-32.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Industry and Trade is developing a bill on the inspection of used individuals of individuals until resale. The check will need to be held at dealers or at accredited STO. It is believed that this will reduce the accident rate, but experts are afraid that everything will result in a new occasion to collect money from motorists.
