The Honda brand made CR-V Autodom in the spirit of Japanese capsule hotels

An unusual project was prepared by the European division of the brand in honor of the 30th anniversary of the model range of CR-V. The sixth generation of the car was converted into a camper called Dream Pod, in which two car travelers can spend the night.

The main element of the house on the wheels was the retractable module of the Egoe Nestboard 650, which was installed in the trunk of the crossover. Inside it was integrated a kitchen plate, a small shell with compartments for storage of dishes and a folding sofa, which in the unfolded state holds two people.

In addition, the interior of the crossover was complemented by retractable tables, LED reading lamps, USB-shares, as well as obscuring curtains on the windows. Outside, the house on wheels can be equipped with a system for attaching bicycles.

In early April, Russian companies introduced a house on wheels, built on the Gazeli Next. The developers turned the serial van into a campper for long travels.
