The ministry proposed changing paragraph 3.2 of the SDA regarding the procedure for acting vehicles with special signals on. Now it is stated that drivers are required to give way to ensure unhindered passage of the car with the beacon turned on and a special sound signal. The Ministry of Transport is going to clarify this formulation, indicating how exactly it is necessary to concede.

According to the Ministry of Transport, when a car with a blue flashing light and a special sound signal is approached, drivers will be required to free the strip of the carriageway for it.

If the flashing beacons are blue and red, then it will also have to be released, to rebuild the strip, for accompanying cars. Moreover, there may not be special colorographic schemes on the body of the machine. That is, as Kommersant clarifies, the rules affect the transport of senior officials accompanied by the traffic police or the FSO.
