The most expensive parking space was sold in Moscow for 40.3 million rubles

According to Rosreestr data for 2025, the most expensive parking space in Moscow was sold for 40.3 million rubles in a residential project from the developer Vesper in the Patriarch’s Ponds area. Its area was 21.6 square meters. m. In second place in cost was a parking space in Khamovniki for 39.9 million rubles, and in third place was an object with an area of ​​21.6 square meters. m in the same area for 36.5 million rubles.

In total, 14.2 thousand parking spaces were sold in the capital last year, which is 15% less than in 2024, but higher than the figures for 2022-2023. The number of offers on the open market over the year decreased by more than half (by 53%), and the average price increased by 8%, reaching 3.9 million rubles. Experts attribute this to a decrease in development activity and high demand.
