The Road Machinery Plant presented a roller with unmanned control

At the International Transport and Logistics Forum in St. Petersburg, the DM-7.7-BB vibrating road roller was presented. The new product, according to the manufacturer, is equipped with an unmanned control system.

At the current stage, the machine is controlled remotely. To do this, the operator sends the necessary commands from the remote control over a radio channel at a distance of up to 250 meters.

The model is also equipped with equipment for autonomous control modes from a remote workplace or in completely autonomous mode.

Previously, KamAZ presented a 50-ton cargo tow truck. The official partner of the KamAZ brand, the Kuzovostroitel company, has launched a tow truck on the market on the new generation K5 chassis.

The total weight of the KamAZ-65 951 vehicle reaches 50 tons, the front axles can withstand loads of up to 18 tons, and the rear bogie – up to 32 tons.
