The younger Jeep model faces restyling: Avenger is preparing for premiere in 2027

The updated SUV will appear four years after the debut of the original car. Now the new product is undergoing winter testing on European roads.

According to Carscoops.com, the overall body architecture will remain the same. The main changes will affect the front part: the fog lights will move slightly lower in the front bumper. The headlights will also change.

New alloy wheels and fresh body paint options are also expected. The plastic body kit around the perimeter may need minor adjustments. There will be changes in the interior as well. Jeep will improve the quality of materials, adding softer plastics in contact areas, and update the multimedia system.

It is expected that the range of power plants will remain the same: petrol, mild hybrid and fully electric versions will continue to be available to buyers. The all-wheel drive 4xe modification (based on a mild hybrid) will also remain in service.

Let us remind you that the Avenger is built on the CMP/eCMP platform, which unites a number of models from the Stellantis concern: Alfa Romeo Junior, Fiat 600, Lancia Ypsilon, Opel Corsa and Mokka, Peugeot 208 and 2008, as well as DS 3.
