There are no signs that Toyota Rav4 will receive V8: eight -cylinder engines even refused large Land Cruiser SUVs and Tundra pickups. However, rumors about the debut of the Lexus sports car with the V8 engine have been circulated for a long time, and the LFA successor supposedly should lead the GR line until the end of 2025. Sources believe that the “Biturbovosmiere” will work as part of a hybrid system with a total capacity of 900 horsepower.

A connected hybrid with a flagship unit can appear on the full -size Century and Crown sedans, as well as the next generation Lexus LS. However, such a project has not yet been officially confirmed.
