US motorists are buying up “reindeer sweaters” for their cars

The American company MEK Magnets is known for its removable magnetic “armor” for cars with steel and aluminum bodies. This manufacturer believes: if there are cases for smartphones, then why can’t something similar be done for cars?

The tradition of reindeer sweaters, or Norwegian Fair Isle sweaters, comes from Scandinavia, where reindeer are a symbol of survival, strength and spiritual rebirth. However, in recent years such clothes have been bought all over the world and most often on the eve of the New Year holidays.

According to the Southern Automobile publication, the overseas company MEK Magnets has now released a collection of magnetic armor decorated with Christmas trees, reindeer and Santa Claus bags – this decor is reminiscent of the above-mentioned “sweaters with reindeer”.

The armor is suitable for Jeep Wrangler, Jeep Gladiator JT and Ford Bronco SUVs. The cost of an interesting new product ranges from 548 to 788 dollars (from 44 to 63 thousand rubles), and, as the authors of the project note, the panels are quickly sold out.
