The whole process-from filing an application to approval-goes online thanks to the technical partnership with the fintech company “Balance Platform”. It is convenient, safe and does not take much time: the application is processed by bank employees, and the client quickly receives an answer.

The execution of the transaction takes place in four stages: first you need to choose a car on the VTB Auto online vitrine, then convenient loan conditions are selected for it. After that, a application to the partner bank is submitted through the public services portal, from where the answer promptly comes. Finally, the last stage is the signing of the contract upon receipt of the car.
