What cars have fallen in price and which went up in price in Russia by spring

According to Avtostat, by March, prices for models of three marks have changed: the price lists were adjusted from February 16 to February 28. Moreover, the cost of models has changed multidirectional: for example, BAIC has some cars, and one model, on the contrary, became more expensive in several trim levels. Haval, in turn, lowered the prices for H5 and H9, and the FAW Bestune crossover T77 lost almost a million rubles in price.

The most noticeable changes have occurred in the price list of BAIC models-this brand acts as a partner of the Avtotor plant, so its cars are produced in the Kaliningrad region. By spring, 150–280 thousand rubles, or by 8.8-13 percent, the U5 Plus sedan fell in price, and in early March it can be bought for 1,555,000-1,970,000 rubles.

The BAIC X35 crossover “has become easier” by 108–132 thousand rubles, or 5.3–6.8 percent; X55 now costs 236-346 thousand rubles cheaper than in winter (minus 8.3–13.6 percent), and the X7 has become more noticeable by 710 thousand, or 26.3 percent. And finally: the retail value of the X75 in two entry -level trim levels increased by five thousand rubles, and in one top, it decreased by 316 thousand. Prices for this model are now in the range from 2,595,000 to 3,094,000 rubles.

Two HAVAL “off -road” line H, H5 and H9, fell into 100 thousand rubles in diesel modifications. Well, the Bestune brand reduced the cost of the T77 crossover by 940 thousand rubles, which corresponds to 31.2-32.8 percent. After adjustment, the model costs from 1,924,000 to 2,076,000 rubles.

Earlier it was reported that for the first half of February, five brands adjusted prices. Among them, SWM, Solaris (Russian brand, under which the Hyundai and Kia Local assembly cars are sold in the country), Evolute, which produces electric cars and hybrids at the Motorinvest plant in the Lipetsk region, as well as Haval and Exeeed. A few more companies introduced discounts and marketing offers, including those Xcite and Geely.
