This question is answered by the Auto News of the Day portal, which studied the current price lists on the brands’ websites and compared them with those that were in effect in the fall. During the monitoring, it turned out that 12 brands increased prices – some raised the cost of one or more models, while others rewrote the price tags for the entire model range. The rise in price occurred against the backdrop of a depreciation of the ruble and inflation; in addition, the recycling fee rates that increased in October continue to exert pressure.

During the first half of December, all Changan models were imitated. CS35 Plus received an increase of 30 thousand rubles (+1.2 percent), and the price of the Hunter Plus pickup truck increased by the same amount (+0.8 percent). Four Changan models added 20 thousand each, namely: Alsvin sedans (+1.1 percent) and Eado Plus (+0.8 percent), Uni-T (plus 0.6 – 0.7 percent) and Uni-V liftback (plus 0.6 – 0.7 percent).
