The list, compiled by the magazine’s expert Alexander Vinogradov, included cars from such brands as Chery and Changan.
According to the expert, Changan UNI-K showed the worst liquidity among Chinese crossovers. A new car costs about 4.5 million rubles. In the first year, it loses more than 25% of its price (more than 1.1 million), and the depreciation in three years reaches 41%. This is the worst indicator in the ranking.
The situation is not much better for the Geely Tugella (now known as Knewstar 001). With a price just above 4 million rubles, the car loses more than 20% in the first year and 37% in three years.
Younger Chery models are also losing a lot in price. Tiggo 4 (2.4 million rubles) and Tiggo 7 Pro Max (2.84 million rubles) depreciate in value by about a quarter in the first year. After three years, the price drop is 33−34%.
