The supplier has not fulfilled its obligations to customers and its office and accounts are currently unavailable. This was reported by the SHOT Telegram channel.

Clients of the Moscow Tesla Club, which has been selling American Teslas and other luxury cars for 13 years, were left without cars. Some of them entered into contracts and paid for futuristic Tesla Cybertrucks at a price of 34 million rubles apiece, but never received deliveries from the United States. According to buyers, since the beginning of April, the supplier’s office has not been working, calls are ignored, and pre-trial claims remain unanswered.

Over the past few years, the Moscow Tesla Club has been in crisis. Sanctions have complicated the delivery of American cars to the Russian Federation, and sales have fallen. Every year, Russian customers bought about 100 electric vehicles, but these volumes were not enough to cover all the costs of transportation and other needs. Now the company is involved in two lawsuits – about 15 million rubles are being demanded from it. Employees sell illiquid cars for several million rubles in thematic chats of Tesla lovers.
