According to the results of the first quarter of 2026, interest in used Chinese cars has grown in Russia: their share in the secondary market exceeded 5%, and the number of offers increased by more than 8%, reports Avto.ru.
The leaders in demand were Haval Jolion with an average price of 1.68 million rubles, Geely Coolray (1.69 million rubles), Geely Monjaro (3.46 million rubles), Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Max (2 million rubles) and Haval F7 (2.16 million rubles).
It is noted that the average age of used Chinese cars does not exceed five years (for other foreign cars – more than 13 years), and the average mileage is about 70 thousand kilometers.
Half of the ads are in the range from 1.5 to 3 million rubles. At the same time, in the Chinese car segment, sellers are divided equally between private owners and dealers (50/50), while in the market for other used cars, the share of private sellers reaches 87%.
