A 21-year-old resident of the Khabarovsk Territory in her underwear approached the police car, after which she began to laugh and dance in front of the officers. A video of the incident appeared online.
The next day, the woman was taken to the department to draw up a report on the administrative offense. It turned out that she published the video on her private Telegram channel.
The offender has three young sons (the eldest is three years old, the youngest is one year old). Previously, she had repeatedly left her children unattended, which resulted in one of the boys being hospitalized. In 2025, the children were handed over to their father. The guardianship authorities did not deprive the mother of parental rights, but the woman continues to lead a wild lifestyle.
