The Moskvich 3e electric crossover can now be purchased for 3.5 instead of the previous 4.2 million rubles, Motor magazine found out after studying the official website of the Russian brand. The reason for such a sharp price reduction was the introduction of a new Russian-made traction battery.

The electric car has a lithium-nickel-manganese-cobalt battery with a capacity of 66 kWh instead of the previous lithium-nickel-cobalt-aluminum battery with a capacity of 65.7 kWh.

With a change in the power source, the range of the Moskvich 3e battery-powered crossover in the WLPT cycle decreased to 397 against the original 410 km, that is, quite insignificantly.

The new battery was produced by Renera, a division of the state corporation Rosatom. Curb weight (1765 kg) and maximum speed (150 km/h) remained the same.

The car is driven by an unchanged electric motor with a return of 193 hp. and 340 Nm, whose 30-minute taxable power is 68 hp.
