Electric Cadillac Escalade IQ has acquired an elongated IQL version, which, with an unchanged wheelbase, is 107 millimeters longer. The whole increase fell on the back rows and trunk, so the space at the legs of passengers of the gallery increased by almost 102 millimeters, and the maximum volume of the cargo compartment increased from 3375 to 3546 liters. Everything else is like an ordinary Escalade IQ. These are adaptive shock absorbers at Magnetic Ride Control 4.0, air suspension, standard Super Cruise autopilot and a two -engine power plant.
Cadillac
Velocity max is 760 horsepower and 1064 nm of torque. The battery of the SUV is collected from 24 modules and has a capacity of 205 kilowatt hours, which, according to Cadillac estimates, will be enough more than 724 kilometers. An hour of charging with alternating current (19.2 kW) will give 58 additional kilometers, and 10 minutes of connection to the “fast” terminal will be provided three times more. From a place up to 60 miles per hour (97 km/h), Escalade IQL accelerates in 4.7 seconds and can tow a trailer weighing up to 3.4 tons.
In the list of available equipment of the model there is a digital cluster with a total diagonal of 55 inches, AKG Studio audio system with 42 speakers, 5G Wi-Fi access point and two-controlled Vehicle-to-Home (V2H) charging, with which the machine can be connected to the energy network of the house. Also for Escalade IQL you can order a package Executive Second Row. It includes separate chairs of the second row with heated, ventilation and massage, folding tables, individual displays with a diagonal of 12.6 inches and two wireless charges.
The new Escalade IQL will be offered in four trim levels: Luxury, Sport, Premium Luxury and Premium Sport. The initial price is 132,695 dollars (11.9 million rubles), which already includes delivery to the dealership. The SUV will be sold around the world, and not just in the USA and Canada. The start of production at the Factory Zero plant in Detroit is scheduled for mid -2025.
