Audi will present the new RS5 sedan and station wagon with hybrid powertrain

Premium sports versions, which have been tested for a long time on European roads and on the track, will tentatively debut on February 19, 2026.

The model received a massive radiator grille with huge air intakes, wide wings and a developed diffuser with two oval exhaust pipes.

The sedan will have a spoiler on the trunk lid, and the station wagon will have a spoiler on the roof. The mirrors, trims and skirts can be finished in gloss black or carbon fiber.

Inside there is Alcantara trim, red buttons on the steering wheel, RS logos and three screens on the front panel: an 11.9-inch digital instrument panel, a 14.5-inch multimedia display and a 10.9-inch screen for the passenger.

Under the hood is a proven 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6, but now paired with electric motors. This is a plug-in hybrid setup that will be noticeably more powerful than the 362-horsepower version of the S5.

The main rival of the Audi RS5 will be the updated Mercedes-AMG C63, which may also abandon the current four-cylinder power plant in favor of an electrified six.

Earlier it was reported that the revived Russo-Balt brand promised to reduce prices.
