If the customer finds any damage to the car, he can return it to the dealer within two weeks. Automotive lawyer Lev Voropaev spoke about this in an interview with Motor magazine.
“A new car can be returned to the dealer within the first 15 days if any defects arise: it does not matter whether they are significant or insignificant. In the remaining time, the car can be returned if there are significant problems, that is, a disproportionate amount of time or money is required to fix it,” the lawyer said.
If the same defect is identified by a motorist after being returned to the dealer and repaired, the car can be returned again, he said. In addition, this situation is also possible if a large amount of money is required to fix the problem.
