In the first three months of 2026, only 36 new Tesla cars were registered in Russia, the head of the Autostat agency, Sergei Tselikov, said in his Telegram channel.

“In the first three months of 2026, only 36 new Tesla cars were registered in Russia. This is 35% less than in the first quarter of last year (55 units),” Tselikov said.

The heyday of the American brand in the Russian market occurred in 2023 with 1,257 new cars sold. In 2024, sales dropped by almost half, to 685 units, and last year, 2025, they fell by another third, to 449 units.

Separately, for the Tesla Cybertruck pickup truck: in the first three months of 2026, only 3 units were registered, and since the start of deliveries in the summer of 2024, the total volume was 70 units.

In addition, the Moscow Tesla Club is going bankrupt: Tesla Club LLC is in bankruptcy, and customers are complaining about non-refunds.
